Q. What time should Exhibitors be there to set up?
A. You can set up any time from 7.30am.
Q. Will there be food and drinks available to purchase?
A. Yes, there is a restaurant facility inside the Hever Hotel as well as a bar which sells drinks and bar food.
Q. Can we park our car on-site and how much will it cost?
A. Yes, there are over 100 car parking spaces on-site (and using the golf club car park next door). There is no charge for on-site parking. Alternatively you can catch the shuttle bus from a nearby station.
Q. Is there wi-fi available at the Hever Hotel?
A. Yes there is a wi-fi code for the hotel, which is hotelhever1234, you will be reminded of this on arrival.
